To reflect on the District 5650 2017 Conference theme of “The Power of One”,  we wanted to have a project for the District Conference that would be something our clubs could take back to their own communities.  Kreativ Element, an Omaha media and marketing firm, offered to donate professionally produced videos as the core of one of our projects with a total value of $8,000.

The opportunity to do one of these videos was opened up to the Clubs in our District on a first come, first served basis.  Thirteen clubs took advantage of this opportunity.

Each Conference attendee present for the full day on Saturday had a voting slip in their Conference badge holder.  That ballot was used to cast their vote for the best video.  The top vote getters won $3,000 for first place, $2,000 for second place, and $1,000 for third place.  Those awards were funded by Omaha attorney John Fullenkamp and US Bank. Here is the list of  Clubs that signed up for the project and the project featured in their video.
