Welcome to the Awards and Recognition Page
TOP 10 CLUB AWARDS
We will recognize the Top Ten Clubs in each of three categories: Membership Growth; Foundation Giving; End Polio Now.
The intent behind this is to recognize those Clubs that are growing and giving. These are the main focuses for Rotary International. The more members we have and the more funds we raise, the more projects we can do and the more people get served. The more we give to End Polio Now, the greater the chance that we WILL End Polio Now!
In order to be eligible for this recognition, you must have at least one member of your Club attend a District event that is held during the 2023-2024 Rotary year. With District Conference and other District Training events, everyone will have a chance to check that off.

THE CADWALLADER AWARD
This award is managed by a special committee of The Council of Governors. Information and forms are found using the links on the left. The deadline is established annually to coincide with the date of the District Conference and Council of Governors meetings.
THE ROTARY FOUNDATION AWARDS
The Rotary Foundation has created awards with very specific criteria. Because of the limited eligibility, nominations are not generally accepted for these awards; instead they are recommended by current and past District Foundation Committee Members.
ADDITIONAL AWARDS / RECOGNITION
District 5650 will be requesting nominations for other Rotary International and District level awards. Rotary International Level Awards (other than the Rotary Citation) are managed through the District 5650 Awards Committee - nominations are not submitted directly to Rotary International.
Click the links to view the nomination forms which include the award criteria. The list below is in chronological order of nomination / criteria due date.
