Club Recognition Profile Defined
The Club Recognition Profile program of Rotary District 5650 is the program used to determine the progress of the clubs in the district in various activities and programs of Rotary.

Every Rotary Club plays an important part in the success of Rotary!  The Club Profile Program helps to measure a club's progress . . . therefore the District's success . . . and furthermore the success of Rotary International.

The program determines the "Top Ten Clubs" in the District that are recognized at the Annual District Conference of Rotary District 5650 and is used to assist in determining the Outstanding Clubs and Club Presidents.

The Club Profile Program has been revised for the 2015-16 Rotary and has been designed to support the District goals.  To view the Rotary District 5650 Goals for the 2015-16 Rotary Year, click here.

Some Details:
See page 2 of the monthly report for point levels

Membership - members need to be added to ClubRunner and also appear on Rotary.org; Opt In to RI Integration for this to work most effectively

Service Projects
Enter projects into Rotary Club Central; Projects marked "achieved" will be considered
Fundraisers are not projects; but the activities supported with those funds are projects
Social activities of the club are not projects
If the clubs has a Service Fund or Foundation, you can list every project supported by those funds individually as projects
Projects count only once (on-going projects count once - not once each time they happen)
As we transition tracking processes, all projects count regardless of the category (International, Community, etc.)
Record immediately - though we want to know about all activities, points will only be applied for projects entered within 30 days of completion of the project
