Do you have a member transferring from another Rotary Club? ClubRunner has made that process easier!
Remember - all club member information is entered into the District Website (or your Club Website if you have a ClubRunner subscription). That information then "rolls up" to Rotary International. Do not enter any member information directly at Rotary.org.
 
After logging into the District Website, Go to the Member Area / Admin Page.
Find the section in the middle For Club Executives.
Select Active Member List.
 
At the top there are two buttons:
Select Transfer New Member.
 
After selecting Transfer New Member you will see "Search By" options to find the member information on Rotary International:
Rotary ID
Email
Name and Country
 
The Club Associations will then appear.
 
You will also see The member status (Past Member means they have been terminated by the former club).
 
If you have found your match - select the Add Member link and information will populate.
 
If there is no match, and you know that they are transferring, try to get better information from the member (perhaps the name was shown different). NEVER do an Add New Member if you know they are transferring. Contact exec@rotarydistrict5650.org for assistance.
