The new Rotary year is fast approaching and I’m excited to have such enthusiastic Rotarians leading our clubs and district. The district training team is hard at work to create a fresh approach in which to inspire, inform and build a solid base in which we can “make Rotary memorable”.
There have been emails sent out to all the district committee members to register for DTT (District Team Training) on Saturday, February 22nd. It will be held at ESU 3 - 6949 S 110th St., La Vista, NE 68128.

It’s also time for all our presidents-elect to register for PETS, Saturday, March 14th at Metro Community College - Fort Omaha Campus, 5300 N 30th St. This year we have designed PETS to not be endless hours of people lecturing! It’s Your PETS, we want your input and collaboration on your up coming year leading your club.

As your incoming district governor, my focus pulling together knowledgeable, creative people that can help bring our district closer together and provide easy access to resources to make your year an outstanding success. In conjunction to PETS there will be a morning session for all the public image chairs in your clubs. Jill Slupe and her team have created an exciting agenda to help promote your club and projects easy. Please make sure your public image chairs register as well. There is no charge for this session.

If you have any questions about the upcoming training please feel free to give me a call at 402-290-6800
