Using RI Integration, clubs in Rotary District 5650 manage member information locally and changes will "roll up" to Rotary International.
 
All information about members is entered through the District Website (or Club Website for those with club subscriptions to ClubRunner). That includes:
  • New Members Added
  • Updated Member Information
  • Termination of Members
The District has worked very hard to ensure that all clubs are set up with RI Integration. We have also communicated with clubs that:
  • Information is entered at the local level
  • That information "rolls up"to Rotary
  • Nothing is entered at Rotary.org or that may cause mis-matches
The billings from the Rotary District will be based on information on our local records (on ClubRunner).
 
The billings from RI will be based on the information that has "rolled up". Clubs may receive an email from RI encouraging them to update records "on rotary.org" - that is a standard statement. However, later in the email they mentioned the use of RI Integration. PLEASE ENTER EVERYTHING LOCALLY ONLY.
