The Committee shall: • Prepare a budget of income and expenses of the District for the forthcoming year and submit it to the Annual Meeting for review and approval; • Send a copy of the proposed budget to each club president-elect at least 30 days before the Annual Meeting; and • Carry out other duties that the District Governor assigns.
