A variety of awards are available to recognize the work of Rotarians, Rotary Clubs, and our Partners in Service.
District 5650 will be requesting nominations for many of the awards. Rotary International Level Awards (other than the Rotary Citation) are managed through the District 5650 Awards Committee - nominations are not submitted directly to Rotary International. The following list reflects changes made by Rotary International to the awards program (major revamp 2017-2018).
Click the links to view the nomination forms which include the award criteria. The list below is in chronological order of nomination / criteria due date.

This award is managed by a special committee of The Council of Governors.  Information and forms are found using the links on the left. The deadline is established annually to coincide with the Council of Governors meetings.

The District Governor selects individuals for awards such as the Outstanding Club President, Outstanding District Chair, and District Leadership Award. These are not open to nomination.

The Rotary Foundation has created awards with very specific criteria.  Because of the limited eligibility, nominations are not generally accepted for these awards; instead they are recommended by current and past District Foundation Committee Members.
