SCRYE Weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Required for Inbound Students

Second Payment due $1,500. Exchange matches announced
|
|
|
|
|
February 16-17:
|
Outbound Orientation in Grand Island. Required for all outbound students and their parents. Required for all Inbound Students. ROTEX welcome.

March 10:

Webinar #2 Health Issues and travel immunizations. 8:00 pm
|

|
|
|
April 1:
|
Third payment due $1,500
|

|
April 5-7:
|
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) at Camp Kitaki near Louisville, NE. Attendance encouraged for all Inbound Students. If interested Rotary may cover the $200 cost. This is an enjoyable event where everyone learns through interaction.

Webinar #3 Gift, Packing and Budgeting while overseas. 8:00 pm
|

|

|
June 1:
|
Final payment due: $1,400
|

June 10-20:
|
Inbound students not on bus tour depart. Normal time for students who do not to on a bus tour depart for home.
|
|
|
|
|
June 26-30:
|
Outbound Camp probably at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR. Required for Outbound Students. Leave Wednesday morning for mid-afternoon arrival. Return Sunday morning for late afternoon arrival.
