Rotary International and the Department of State requires all exchange students to have health insurance. District 5650 requires its inbound students to purchase insurance through CISI-Bolduc (Plan B+ or D). This insurance is specifically designed for Rotary Youth Exchange students and includes all the coverages required by Rotary International and the Department of State.
